Sometimes we know what we want but we don't know how to get there. Through procrastination, lack of time or energy or other hindering factors we often don't get around to making the changes we'd like to. We think, talk or dream about them but we don’t actually do anything. Coaching is a dynamic process that helps people initiate concrete change in their lives and realise their full potential. It comprises identifying a life goal (e.g. a promotion at work, finding a partner, losing weight, saving money), recognizing and overcoming hurdles and defining a realistic action plan to help you succeed. Coaching is particularly suitable in a work setting where power struggles, assertiveness issues, rivalry and confrontation tend to arise.
